Let’s Give A Shuck for the Earth supports the Marin Carbon Project (MCP), a local Marin-based organization that seeks to enhance and promote carbon sequestration in rangeland, agricultural, and forest soils through applied research, demonstration and implementation. April 22 – Dine at Hog Island Oyster Co. and 10 percent of your dining dollars will support reducing carbon in our atmosphere.
