Anette’s Chocolates artisan crafted chocolates and confections are made made locally, at their nearby downtown Napa factory. Anette and her brother Brent work together to create marvelous assortments of fine truffles, rich creams and caramels, brittles, chews, chocolate sauces, caramel sauces, and seasonal specialties. Together they combine Napa Valley’s excellence in fine wines with fine chocolates to create confectionery wonders that tantalize the senses.

C CASA is the culmination of owner Catherine Bergen’s passion for artisan foods, combined with her love of Latin cuisine. C CASA’s menu delivers unique tacos, house-made white corn tortillas, chili-rubbed rotisserie meats, fresh salads and salsas, and interesting sides. All food is made to order from fresh, seasonal ingredients, and sustainable meats and fish. Menu items include a seasoned ground buffalo taco or a duck, spinach, and goat cheese taco or a crab taco. C CASA salads include a mixed field greens salad or a baby spinach and corn edamame salad. Nacho’s Not@ reinvents the idea of nachos with freshly made white or black beans on a bed of house-made tortilla chips, topped with goat cheese, pico de gallo and chippotle aioli. Carpe Diem chef-owner Scott Kendall was looking for a temporary location as he works to rebuild his popular downtown Napa eatery, which was destroyed during the South Napa Earthquake in August. We are delighted to welcome him to the Oxbow Public Market — at least for the next few months. Carpe Diem serves familiar items such as the Quack and Cheese and Braised Short Rib Sliders and added a new item, the Steamed Bun Pork ‘Taco’ with hoisin glaze and house made kim chi. The pop-up serves Carpe Diem beers, starting with “Aftershock IPA” on draft and is the only place in Oxbow with a liquor license (the Napa Valley Distillery in the market makes its alcohol from grapes), Carpe Diem also serves craft cocktails.

The second location for Eiko’s Modern Japanese Cuisine (its popular original location opened in downtown in Napa June 2011), Eiko’s at Oxbow is a full-service seafood marketplace and sushi bar with Executive Chef Jake Rand at the helm.
