Pica Pica’s signature dish is the arepa; a grilled corn flour cake, crispy on
the outside and moist on the inside, stuffed with traditional Venezuelan
fillings, such as Pepeada (chicken salad and Venezuelan style guacamole), Pelu’a
(shredded skirt steak and cheese), Dominó (black beans with cheese) or Pabellón
(shredded skirt steak beef, black beans and fried plantains).
