You’re invited to “Party with Purpose” at the 5th Annual Fork It Over, a fundraiser for the Community Action of Napa Valley (CANV) Food Bank. The annual benefit has grown to include Oxbow District-wide chefs, wine tasting rooms, and artisanal merchants serving it up to raise funds in support of the CANV Food Bank. Many of the Oxbow District merchants, retailers and tasting rooms are dedicating a percentage of their September 10th sales to the Food Bank during a district-wide dine, shop and donate effort.
The evening features a special family-style, market-to-table dinner provided by Michelin Star Chef Ken Frank of celebrated La Toque and and The Culinary Institute of America at Copia’s Executive Chef Victor Scargle, utilizing the fresh ingredients found at Oxbow Public Market’s artisan merchants. The evening kicks off with a reception at Vineyard 29’s CRU @ the Annex, featuring hors d’oeuvres from Oxbow Public Market restaurants and merchants paired with wines from Oxbow District tasting rooms. In addition the Uncorked All Stars will provide live music, underwritten by Uncorked at Oxbow.
Dinner follows on the River Deck where Michelin Star Chef Ken Frank of La Toque and The Culinary Institute of America at Copia’s Executive Chef Victor Scargle will create a market-to-table, family-style dinner paired with Oxbow District wines.
The fun continues with a spirited live auction featuring a limited number of unique lots offering experiences found only in the Napa Valley. The evening culminates as guests gather around the fire pits at CRU @ The Annex, complete with after dinner sweets, wines and coffee provided by Oxbow Public Market merchants.
Tickets to attend Fork it Over are $225 per person, and reserved tables are also available. One hundred percent of net-proceeds benefit the CANV Food Bank.
