Dig truffles? The eighth annual Napa Truffle Festival Marketplace will showcase scintillating truffle menu items, exceptional specialty food products and plenty of local wines and brews, plus cooking demos emceed by CBS Foodie Chap Liam Mayclem, meet-and-greet the truffle dogs (petting allowed) and buy fresh black truffles to take home!

This is your chance to sample the extraordinary flavors of the mythic black truffle prepared in every sort of fabulous way by the merchants at Oxbow Public Market ‒ from truffled fries, pizza and oysters to beef Wellington, wild mushroom goat cheese enchiladas and popovers with truffle mouse. Other artisan truffle treats include bittersweet truffle cocktails, ice cream with fresh truffle shavings, hazelnut truffles rolled in roasted almonds (the chocolate kind), and cookies and cream cupcakes with little pink pigs (the truffle hunting kind).

Cooking demos will be held at Kitchen Door (11 am) with Chef Todd Humphries prepping a fabulous pasta with fresh truffles, and Five Dot Ranch (1:30 pm) prepping one of their tasty 100% natural premium beef concoctions.
