Spring has sprung at least, and we crave lighter meals like seafood and veggies. The April C CASA Enchilada Plate Special fulfills those cravings on all counts. A house made corn tortilla is wrapped around a delicious filling of shrimp, green onions, four cheeses and avocado tomatillo salsa, then topped with corn relish and avocado serrano crema.
