During the festival weekend, Oxbow Public Market’s purveyors will feature everything from truffled bread pudding (The Model Bakery), truffled scrambled egg and potato tacos and wild mushroom enchiladas (C CASA), pizza with fresh shaved truffles (Live Fire Pizza) seared nigiri with truffle-infused caviar (Eiko’s), grilled oysters with truffle butter (Hog Island Oyster Co), to truffle fries (Gott’s Roadside), and more. Don’t miss the dark velvet chocolate truffles (Anette’s Chocolates), and cheeky cookies and cream cupcakes with little pink truffle pigs (Kara’s Cupcakes) in honor of these historic leaders of the truffle hunt.
