Oxbow Cheese & Wine Merchant has gotten its hands on a few bottles of 1931 Chateau Mossé Rivesaltes. This an extraordinary “Vin Doux Naturel” from the Roussillon region of France, only bottled in 2013. It is sweet but in no way cloying, with incredible length and complexity. A “vin de meditation” as the French would say, a wine to savor and contemplate, as words simply can’t do it justice. $173 a bottle, or have a taste at the Wine Bar, $26.
