C CASA February enchilada special

With the winter rains, mushrooms are popping up everywhere including C CASA‘s enchilada plate special! The vegetarian enchilada is filled with mushrooms, spinach and their signature four-cheese blend, then topped with mixed greens, roasted corn and avocado crema.
